Combining elements of thrash, hardcore and electronica, Vancouver’s glitch metal progenitors The Villain Avian Symphony(The VAS) emerged out of past and present acts on the west coast. Coming out of the studio and onto the stage was the first step to realizing their vision and they show no sign of slowing down. The VAS returned to the studio to record their debut EP in the summer of 2011 and subsequently kept playing to promote their unique brand of aggressive music. Armed with a dual front-man attack, intimidating musicianship, schizophrenic electronic work and intense live visuals, The VAS is ready to give something new to the punk and metal community.
